There is no coronavirus test centre in Špindlerův Mlýn. However, there is a professional test centre for PRC and antigen tests in nearby Vrchlabí (15km from Špindlerův Mlýn).
The test centre is located on the main street between the T-Mobile shop and the Czech Post Office. 
Please note: On Google maps, Seznam etc. the location of the Scimed Sampling Centre is Elegant Style second hand shop. Don't worry, there is actually a Scimed collection point here.
Tests can be taken without prior booking.
