Short description of the cycle route: Špindl → cable car to Medvědín → Masaryk road → Vrbatova bouda → U Čtyř pánů → you lead the bike to the source of the Elbe → back → Vrbatova bouda → exit on the road to Horní Mísečky - Water supply way back to Špindl

Total length and duration: 6.4 km / approx. 3 - 4 h (Vrbatova bouda - U Čtyř pánů - Pramen Labe back - Vrbatova bouda - Horní Mísečky - Špindl)
Elevation gain: ascent ↑ 366 m, descent ↓ 885 m
Difficulty: 3/5 medium, also suitable for children, more demanding ascent along Masaryk Road

It is good to know that: from the U Čtyř pánů signpost to the source of the Elbe you have to lead the bike. You can lock it here and continue 1.3 km on foot to the Elbe Spring. You can also go down to Labská bouda (refreshments, toilet, etc.), lock your bike and walk 1 km to Pramen.
