Luční bouda is also one of the highest mountain huts in Central Europe - at an altitude of 1410 m above sea level.

WEBCAM LUČNÍ BOUDA - 1410 M N.M. - direction Luční bouda
The dominant image of the webcam is Luční bouda, where you can also see the main entrance to the building. The second entrance is on the other side of the building and is intended mainly for visitors to the Luční boudy restaurant.
On the left side of the picture in front of Luční bouda you can see the spring of the Bílé Labe.
Behind Luční bouda, the road to the Memorial to the Victims of the Mountains rises. This journey continues to Výrovka and further to Pec pod Sněžkou. Because you are in the first zone of the Krkonoše Park, there is a strict ban on cars entering Luční bouda. However, you can come here in the summer on a mountain bike or e-bike.
Of course, it is ideal to visit Luční bouda on foot and in winter on cross-country skis or ski alps.

In the image of webcam Luční bouda you can see in front of Sněžka also a unique Úpské rašeliniště on the horizon.
The Úpské peat bog is one of the most naturally valuable parts of the Giant Mountains and an important hydrological area. The rivers Úpa and Bílá Labe originate here.
On the right side behind Luční bouda rises the highest mountain in the Czech Republic - LUČNÍ HORA - 1555.4 m above sea level.
There is no marked hiking trail leading to the top of Luční hora, so it is officially inaccessible.
