The webcam Labský důl offers a view from the terrace of Labská bouda to the unique valley of Labský důl.
Webcam Labský důl is placed on Labská bouda.
Stay at the source of the Labe in the Labská bouda at an altitude of 1340 m above sea level. Enjoy the experience, silence, romance and beautiful views!
The Labský důl stretches for about 8 km from Dívčí lávky to the Labská jáma below Labská bouda. The Labe valley, which source on the Labe meadow above the Labská bouda, intertwines with the beautiful valley of the Labský důl. You can see its beautiful meanders from above from Ambrožova vyhlídka.
Directly in front of you in the webcam image you can see the ridge of the Giant Mountains Vrbatovo návrší (1412 m above sea level) with the Mohyla Hanče and Vrbaty and the Zlaté návrší.
On the left side below the picture you can see Medvědín and behind Medvědín you can see the peaks of the Svatý Petr Ski Resort.
On the right side of the Labský důl is located about 1 km from the Labská bouda Ambrožova vyhlídka and a kilometer further is the highest waterfall in the Czech Republic - Pančavský waterfall. It cascades into the Labský důl from a height of 148 m.
Neither Ambrožova vyhlídka nor Pančavský waterfall can be fully seen on the webcam, both are hiding behind the edge of the Labský důl. However, you cannot overlook the steep cliffs of the Labský důl, which are accessible for ice-climbing in the reserved places of the Labský důl in the winter at the permission of the KRNAP Administration.
You need to have a reservation and permission from the KRNAP Administration for ice climbing in the Labský dol. All rules for ice climbing in the Labský důl can be found HERE.
At the upper station of the Skiareál Svatý Petr cable car we have a webcam Pláň - this webcam will also oversee Labská bouda.
