They are potato pancakes baked on a stove, and every family and every cottage in the Krkonoše Mountains has its own secret recipe!

And that's what the Špindlerovské Sejkory competition is all about. Local entrepreneurs, associations, and residents compete in an epic battle for the title of best sejkor maker. Armed with family recipes, secret ingredients, and a lot of love for tradition, they set out to prepare the most delicious sejkor symphony.

But the best part is that YOU are the judges! Every visitor to the event becomes a judge and tastes the contestants' masterpieces. And believe us, it will be a difficult decision. Each sejkora pancake will be unique, full of the flavors and aromas of the Krkonoše Mountains.
