Route description

The trip starts at the bus station in Špindlerův Mlýn. On the regular line Špindlerův Mlýn - Špindlerova Bouda you will board a bus that runs at regular times to Špindlerovka.

From the car park at Špindlerova Bouda, take the red route towards Petrova Bouda and then Moravská Bouda. At the signpost Under Petrova Bouda, take the green road towards Moravská Bouda, where you can stop for refreshments.

From here you just go downhill. Once you come out of the forest below Moravská bouda, you are in Sedmidolí. Below you you will have a wonderful view of the panorama of the Krkonoše Mountains, the Goat Ridges and the valley of Špindlerův Mlýn.

You pass David's Huts and follow the yellow hiking trail down to Špindlerův Mlýn. Go towards Dívčí lávky and then follow the blue trail towards Špindlerův Mlýn, passing the Srub pod Medvědínem restaurant and the Medvědín cable car on the way.

It is a beautiful, easy hike that is ideal for families with children. Most of the trip is downhill.

Špindlerova Bouda is located in the Silesian saddle north of Špindlerův Mlýn, at the road border crossing to Poland at an altitude of 1197 meters. You can get here by shuttle bus from Špindlerův Mlýn and you can use a rented scooter to return down to the city. The 10-kilometer-long route leads along an asphalt road still downhill.
