The thirty-second edition of the traditional Aviation Fair will take place on the weekend of 1 and 2 June 2024 at Pardubice Airport.

"The Aviation Fair has been one of the Pardubice powerhouses for several years, which is a testament to the popularity of the event. In order not to disappoint the visitors, they must prepare an appropriate program, which they always start working on shortly after the end of the previous year. However, it is not just a matter of dreaming up some aircraft, but above all it is necessary to look for ways to cover their financial requirements, which is the increasingly complex aspect of preparing the flight program of the Aviation Fair."says Jan Rudzinskyj from the Aviation Fair Organizing Committee and continues:

"Also for this year's event, we have prepared an all-day program for visitors on Saturday and Sunday. The main point will be the traditional, approximately five-hour, continuous block of flight demonstrations. In it, the audience will be presented not only with numerous historical aircraft, but also with modern machines of the Army of the Czech Republic, including a solo demonstration of the Gripen, or a rescue helicopter. The programme will also be complemented by large-scale ground stages, which have become popular with spectators and the Aviation Fair is one of the pioneers of this form of displays at Czech air shows. They have been taking place in various forms at Pardubice Airport for over two decades.

Of course, aerobatic pilots and pilots from the Pardubice Flight Training Center will be presented. This organization, which trains new pilots, commemorates the twentieth anniversary of its establishment this year and is a traditional partner of the Aviation Fair. For the first time, the AP Squadron, which has so far flown three ultralight replicas of World War I aircraft, will also be presented to the audience. It is also the fulfillment of an old dream of the founder of the Aviation Fair, Jaroslav Janda, whose memory we will commemorate in this year's program.Of course, we will gradually introduce more details of the program," adds Jan Rudzinskyj.
