DINNER OF EXPERIENCES III.

Enjoy a 5-course tasting menu with live music accompaniment in a mountain restaurant with a view of the night Špindlerův Mlýn.

A special snow groomer will take you to and from dinner.

Participants should gather 15 minutes before the groomer's departure at the quattro® BAR in Svatý Petr, from where you will be transported by snow groomer directly to the restaurant.

The groomer departs at 5:00 PM, and if fully booked, also at 5:45 PM. You will be informed of the departure time when making the reservation.

The experiential dinner is accompanied by a live acoustic performance by a musician.

The last chance to register for any dinner date is the day before the event by 12:00 PM.

A vegetarian version of the menu is not available.

Amuse-bouche:
Grilled shrimp with lime foam

Cold starter:
Duck liver pâté, blueberries, cabbage flatbread

Warm starter:
Sea bass with celery purée

Soup:
Beef consommé with meat and homemade noodles

Main course:
Rolled beef flank steak on root vegetables, potato purée, vegetable chips

Dessert:
Crème brûlée with raspberry coulis
