GREEN SPINDEL 2026

Joint cleanup for all mountain lovers in Špindlerův Mlýn.

A big spring clean-up of the Krkonoše Mountains will take place from May 15 to 17, 2026.

This volunteer eco-event is an opportunity for anyone who loves the Krkonoše Mountains and wants to help restore this magical landscape to its cleanliness and beauty after a long winter.

Together, we will try to clean up as much of Špindlerův Mlýn and its surroundings as possible.

Join us and show that you care about the fate of our mountains.

On Friday, May 15, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., a program full of activities awaits you.

It starts at the lower station of the Medvědín cable car, where you can take part in a workshop on "How to sort waste properly."

Then you will set out to clean up along pre-marked routes.

Not only will you contribute to the protection of nature, but as a thank you, you will receive refreshments and the opportunity to use the cable car to Medvědín for free.

During the weekend of May 16-17, the cleanup routes will be open, and you can pick up waste collection tools, which will be available free of charge at hotels and the Medvědín information center.
