From Pláně to Výrovka and back through Dlouhý důl

Route description
The route begins with the Na Pláň cable car exit, from where it leads first to the Na Pláni hut and then turns to the Na Rozcestí hut, where, in addition to the famous blueberry dumplings, you can admire the breathtaking view of the dominant Sněžka.
Not far away, about 1.3 km, is the Výrovka hut, whose surroundings offer other viewpoints, and from the crossroads at Výrovka you can follow the green trail to the Dlouhé údolí.
The descent through the Long Valley, leading to Svatý Petr, is about 3 km long. The valley is flanked by the imposing Krkonoše peaks, Luční hora on your right and Stoh on your left. The whole circuit ends in the centre of Špindlerův Mlýn.
This route offers an engaging combination of accessibility, panoramic views and culinary experiences in the heart of the Giant Mountains, making it an attractive choice for hiking enthusiasts.

Výrovka is a mountain hut in the Giant Mountains in the saddle between Luční hora and Zadní Planina, 2.5 km southwest of Luční bouda at an altitude of 1363 m. There is an important crossroads of hiking trails from Špindlerův Mlýn to Pec pod Sněžkou, from Luční bouda to Liščí hora or to Vrchlabí.
