Visit the Game Landscape Pecka! A great TIP for your children!

The Pecka gamescape is situated between the exploration of nature, the experience of architecture and the fantasy playfulness at an altitude of 1062 m above sea level. A unique set of interactive wooden sculptures and objects based on the Krkonoše fauna offers a larger-than-life encounter with the animal inhabitants of the highest Czech mountains. Sticking your head in the mouth of a lynx, riding in the antlers of a deer, measuring your strength with the fierce ants or climbing into a stork's nest can be as educational as it is entertaining.

Peck's playscape is open to all hikers, adventurers, wanderers and ramblers who are ready to tackle a little family adventure. Enter the meadow and the forest, which come alive with giant newts, lynx, vipers and deer. Educational signs tell you how to spot them. Adventurers who don't fancy a long read should try climbing the animals right from the start; then we'll see. Some people enjoy the adventure just sitting down. The Gamescape thinks of them by sitting in a natural amphitheatre. Big or small, no one can get lost in this landscape.

You will find it at the top of Portášky in Velká Úpa, next to the top station of the cable car to Portášky. Drive to the car park in Velká Úpa and continue on foot to the nearby cable car to Portášky, which will take you to the Game Landscape.

WOODEN BALLS
Equip yourself with a wooden peg for the journey, it will help you in overcoming several water and mechanical obstacles. You can buy one at the wooden peg machine at the top station of the cable car, at the SkiResort Live* scooter rental shop and from the cable car attendant at the top station on Portášky*. But you can also have a lot of fun without it, as the wooden skeleton is not a prerequisite for entry to the Gamescape.

HIDDEN STORIES - THE SHOT SMUGGLER
Take the Hidden Story route and help smuggler Stefan Braun bring scarce goods across the border. The route takes you across the meadows above Porta's Sheds, through the Pecka Game Landscape, into the woods above the park and back to the cottage.
