ZEN DAYS was born from a single dream. Terez had a dream—to bring the atmosphere of international mountain yoga festivals to the Krkonoše Mountains, her home.

ZEN DAYS is made up of three women living in the Krkonoše Mountains, united by their love of yoga, a healthy lifestyle, and the joy of sharing these values with others.

All three work as instructors at the Boutique Yoga studio.

Kristýna runs the studio and is its heart and soul.

Barča is a breathwork facilitator and organizes “Vlnění” events, which take place without phones and create space for deeper connections between people.

Terez focuses on regulating the nervous system through hatha yoga, restorative yoga, and mindful touch. She is a native of Špindlerův Mlýn.
