ASIAN MENU AT THE SAVOY HOTEL SPINDLERUV MLÝN

22 - 23 March 2024 take advantage of the unique opportunity to taste the refined Asian menu created by Stephen Senewiratne, aka Styf.

Stephen Senewiratne is based at Villa Richter below Prague Castle. In the Czech Republic, Stýf has also made a name for himself as chef at the Mandarin Oriental Prague.

Stýf's Asian style is a fusion of exotic flavours, contrasting colours and oriental aromas. All this in a novel style that appeals to all who love to explore.

The superbly crafted menu will be accompanied by wine pairings from sommelier Richard Kaschte and Domaine Hugo.

The menu will feature starters such as oysters, bao bun and ramen, you'll be able to order a main course such as octopus or tikka masala, and there's also a tasting menu that includes tartare, oysters, scallops, ramen and octopus. 

Advance reservations are recommended. An animation programme for children is provided.
