GOPASS IS CHANGING

In October, the website and app will be unavailable for several days.

Gopass is preparing a new version of its system. It is set to be faster, more modern and more stable. However, the transition to the new system will also result in the Gopass website and mobile app being unavailable for several days.

If you use Gopass services, please make a note of the important dates in October. During the transition to the new system, the gopass.travel website and the Gopass app will be temporarily unavailable, but the resorts themselves will operate as normal.

Everything will operate as usual until 11 October 2026

Until 11 October 2026, you will be able to use Gopass services as normal. If you are planning to make an online purchase, Gopass recommends that you do so well in advance.

There will be a system downtime from 12 to 16 October

Between 12 and 16 October 2026, the following will be temporarily unavailable due to the transition to the new system:

- the gopass.travel website,

- the Gopass mobile app.

However, the resorts will continue to operate as normal during the downtime. Purchases can be made directly at the ticket offices of the individual resorts.

The new Gopass will launch on 17 October

The new gopass.travel website is expected to go live on 17 October 2026.

Users will need to log in to the new system again and set a new password.

So, if you use Gopass when visiting ski resorts, for example, please be aware that there will be a temporary change to the online booking process in mid-October.

Key dates

Until 11 October 2026 – everything operates as usual; bookings can be made online.

12–16 October 2026 – the website and the Gopass app will be temporarily unavailable. Purchases can be made directly at the resorts’ ticket offices.

From 17 October 2026 – launch of the new gopass.travel, new login and setting a new password.
