In today's fast-paced world, where we spend hours sitting at a computer, yoga is the perfect antidote. It is a way to relieve stress, improve flexibility, strengthen the body and calm the mind.
But yoga is much more than just exercise. The word comes from Sanskrit and means ‘to connect or join together’. And that is exactly what yoga does: it connects your body, mind and spirit. It is based on three pillars: exercise, breathing and meditation. Thanks to yoga, you will discover the limits of your body and mind, learn to work with your breath, relax and, most importantly, become a better person.

Experienced instructors will guide you through the individual positions and teach you how to breathe correctly. But don't expect miracles overnight! Shortened tendons and stiff muscles take some time to regain their flexibility and strength.

What to bring to yoga?
Forget about expensive equipment and complicated sports aids. Yoga is simple and accessible!
All you need is comfortable clothing (leggings or wide trousers are ideal), a bottle of water and a desire to stretch. Yoga mats are available on site.
Important information:
A minimum of 6 people is required for a yoga class to take place, with a maximum of 15 people. So don't hesitate to bring your friends along :-)
