An evening full of flavors you won't want to miss.

On May 24, Špindlerův Mlýn will transform into a hub of exceptional gastronomy. A unique evening full of flavors, creativity, and culinary art awaits you—Gastro Battle Night, where top-notch cuisine is paired with carefully selected wines and champagne.


The evening will begin with a seemingly simple yet perfectly executed starter—butter and fresh bread, complemented by elegant champagne. This will be followed by a diverse array of courses, where each plate tells its own story.

You can look forward, for example, to a combination of brynza, asparagus, and radishes; a spring-inspired dish of eggs with spinach and peas; or perfectly prepared salmon trout with zucchini and yuzu. The highlight of the savory course will be duck with morels and garlic, promising deep and distinctive flavors.

A sweet finale will be provided by a combination of strawberries, rhubarb, white chocolate, and coffee—a dessert that will bring the entire evening to a harmonious close.


Each course is complemented by a carefully selected wine or champagne pairing from prestigious European wine regions—from Austria’s Wachau to Italy’s Alto Adige and Tuscany, and on to France’s Champagne.

Thanks to this, you can enjoy not only the dishes themselves but also their perfect pairing with beverages that highlight every nuance of flavor.
